FTMX Copilot applications (Z3 Copilot, Z4 Copilot, MX-5 Copilot, etc.) adopt a Local-First philosophy: all your maintenance and mileage data are stored exclusively on your device (iPhone), via native iOS technologies (Core Data / SwiftData).

• No personal data is transmitted to external servers.
• No user account is required.
• iCloud synchronization (optional) is fully managed by Apple and subject to Apple's privacy policy.

7. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
